The address has a valid checksum, which rules out a typo. It does not prove the address is yours — that only you can check, in the wallet you copied it from.
Keep that hash — it is your receipt. The desk pays the PCoin address you gave; nothing else needs to be done on your side.
Check the address twice. The burn happens first and cannot be undone. If the PCoin address is wrong, your wPCN is gone and we have nowhere valid to send the PCN — we will have to contact you to fix it.
Redemption is manual, like wrapping. The contract cannot send PCN by itself: no contract on BNB Smart Chain can move a coin on the PCoin chain. A person does it. Allow hours, not minutes.

A wrapped token nobody can redeem is an IOU resting on trust. A redeemable one is checkable — and it is what lets arbitrage hold the PCN and wPCN prices together. Every redemption also shows up in the backing figures, because burning lowers the supply the reserve has to cover.
